Real estate agents like great-looking homes because they are easier to sell. Why is that important?

9. Remove personal items from the front of your refrigerator and freezer 
10. Use baskets of all shapes and styles to de-clutter the house and add a sense of décor 
11. Entryways should be as open and inviting as possible 
12. Art and wall hangings should always be at eye level 
13. Add splashes of color to liven up your home.  Use throw pillows, add fresh flowers to various rooms and brighten up other areas with colorful rugs. 
14. Remove as many personal items from view as possible in your bathrooms

16. If a view is less than desirable, add palms or plants to provide a natural “curtain.”
